Acts 5:27-28

27 The apostles were brought in and made to appear before the Sanhedrin to be questioned by the high priest.
28 "We gave you strict orders not to teach in this name," he said. "Yet you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and are determined to make us guilty of this man's blood."

Preaching the gospel in the face of persecution

It this story in Acts the apostles had been beaten. There was a real threat, a real danger. It was not just talk anymore. Try to imagine a danger like that. When it's not longer just an empty threat.

Now the apostles were given a chance to escape. The only thing they needed to do was to stop preachin the gospel.

Even when there´s a danger of having to sacrifice our lives that is not a reason not to preach the gospel. There's is no deliverance from God that would have as purpose to deliver you from spreading the gospel of the Kingdom.

God delivered people right from the prison and then back to the square to continue spreading the gospel.There is a stage where any kind of compromise stop. We cannot continue to compromise when people demand us not to talk about the Lord.

There are preachers who have left Africa and moved to Europe, they were very fruitful in Africa but now they don't minister at all in the new place they are in. Yet they say that God has blessed them with better living conditions etc. Is that really God? Would God deliver them from preaching the gospel and being in effective ministry?

Filling the earth

You can know that you are really making a mark when your opponents occuse you of filling the city with your message. That's what they accused the apostles of. They were touching every sector of the society in Jerusalem with the truths of the gospel of the Kingdom.

Until we have filled and flooded Ukraine with the knowledge of our Lord Jesus, His Kingdom and His principles we have not really started. The mandate is not to build a big or popular church but to fill the city with the knowledge of God. When the disciples met resistance they still knew what they were supposed to do.

When God created the earth He wanted it to be filled with the Glory of God. In Genesis 1:28 we see that the original intention even before the fall of man was that the principles that covered the heaven would also cover the earth. The glory of God was what made the earth special. The glory of God is the Kingdom of God in us.

Romans 8:19
For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly  and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship].

All creation is waiting for the glory. All the people that are attacking us are really just desperate for the glory from God!
Let's commit ourselves to filling the earth with the glory. No one has any valid excuse, not persecution nor problems.
