Kingdom Center ministering at RCCG Eurocon in the Netherlands

by Frida Stenebo

We had the privilege to go with a team of 13 from Sweden to minister at the European Conference for the Redeemed Christian Church of God. After a 13 hour drive we arrived to the first service on Wednesday evening.

We started the evening with singing the song Release the Kingdom Life. It’s a song that encourages people to let the life of the Kingdom of God be shown to people around them, wherever they are. We then led the congregation in praise with a medley of fast paced gospel songs.

Thursday we were a part of leading the worship in the morning service, praising God using the Nigerian igbo praise song Imela. Together with the people we were also singing and proclaiming that we rule and reign when we’re taking our position in the Kingdom of God. Lastly one of the young teenagers in our group, Olivia Pålsson, led the people in worship with the wonderful Revelation Song by Kari Jobe.

The Holy Ghost Night was held on Friday and it was an all-night service that went on until 4 am in the morning. During the service we were doing Make an Impact, a song performed by four drummers playing on barrels and five line dancers together with the singer Miriam Nilsson. After that Miriam was leading all the people in the beautiful Nigerian worship song Kilo Le Se. The people dancing and praising God together almost lifted the roof. Lastly the band did the worship song Kingdom Anthem, written by Tobias Sturesson and everyone sang “Your Kingdom Lord, it will never end”.

Saturday was the last day of the conference and we were a part of leading the worship in the farewell service held by pastor Adeboye, the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).

We were really blessed to be a part of this wonderful gathering of heroes in the Kingdom of God and in our team we had several young people who were on a ministry trip for the first time and they all thought it was a great learning experience.

We want to end by saying a big thank you to our hosts and the organizers of the conference who greeted us with hospitality and made us feel right at home.
