Pastor Sunday, Pastor of the largest church in Europe has teamed up with Dr James O. Davies for a new thrust to help turn around the American church to become effecting in reformating the society.

Delegates came in from all States and from 50 different Nations to be a part of this historic first conference of the 2nd Billion Movement. The goal of the 2nd Billion movement is to see one billion people move from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of light. Many of the world's greatest Pastors and ministries have teamed together to make this goal a reality. Many of these pastors were also speaking at the conference.

I will just mention some highlights from few of the great men of God who were ministering at the conference.

Ron Luce, leader of the youth movement "Teen Mania" holds large crusades for ten thousands of youth around the United States.
Ron talked about the battle cry, that among the generation growing up in the US today, called the Millenium generation, only 4% are christians. He challenged everyone to take on the challenge of doubling their youth groups.

Dr Wes Stafford, leader of Compassion International. Compassion International ministers to children especially in the third world. They see over 50.000 kids getting saved every month through their ministry. Wes preached a really powerful message about how much Jesus loved and cared for children and how we wanted to protect them. We challenged all the pastors to put their into reaching children. 85% of christians, got saved before the age of 14.

Pastor Ed Young, pastors Second Baptist Church in Houston, Texas with over 40.000 members. He also preached about the importance of focusing on children to be able to build a successful and growing church.

Pastor John Ed Mathison, Pastors a large Methodist church called Frazer Memorial with over 10.000 members. Pastor Ed is training his members to become ministers and to impact the society and he said that 90% of his church is in fulltime ministry!

Pastor Sunday Adelaja, Pastor of God Embassy in Kiev Ukrain and one of the Co-chairs of the conference gave a powerful appeal to the American church to start focusing on bringing change to the society instead of just focusing on building large churches. He had a big team of people from his churches in Ukraine who testified how they went from being drug addicts to become reformators of the society in different areas. In the group were people like the most famous DJ in Ukraine, 2007 Miss Ukraine, politicians, succesfull business men, overseers over hundreds of churches etc. Pastor Sunday also released his new book called Church Shift, published by Charisma, that will be a tool in shifting the church in America.

Markus Lamb, Founder of Daystar Television network shared his testimony of how good took him and his wife from insignificance to leading a television network that is the second largest Christian network in the world and that airs in every country of the world. His message was filled of faith and power and the whole evening service was aired on Daystar.

Dr Kenneth Ulmer, who Pastors a mega church in Inglewood, California preached the last sermon of the conference. He talked about that the real goal as a pastor is to create disciples of Jesus Christ who take the Kingdom of God into the world. Bishop Ulmer said that God had revealed to him that even though he pastors a great mega church he has not been so succesful in training disciples. He told everyone how important it was for the church of America to grab hold of the Kingdom message and learn from the minstry of Pastor Sunday how a church really can become effective in the society. The presence of God was tangible in the building and pastors all around the building fell to the ground, crying out to God, sensing the importance of the message they had just received.
